Additional Costs & Payment Process
Travel Costs
A Planet-TreX Media videographer will visit the business location multiple times. Based on the business size, location, and project logistics, this can range between two to five visits. These visits will be scheduled with the business owner/person in charge. All transportation costs (this includes all forms of transportation) to get to the business location will have receipts and will be sent to the client upon project completion to be paid and included in the final payment.

Production Costs
Depending on the business, a business's goods will be used, resulting in a loss.
Example one: If the business is a brewery, beer will be the focal point, and beer will be poured, spilled, drank, filmed/photographed, and discarded for the purpose of the video project.
Example two: If the business is a restaurant, food will be the focal point. Food will be cooked, prepped for video/photos, and discarded.
Example three: If the business is a short-term rental, the videographer will be allowed to use the rental unit as their lodging for the duration of the production. Such a requirement is necessary for the Customer Review portion of the video to be authentic, accurate, and as effective as possible. Depending on the size of the establishment and client goals, the videographer's stay can range between two to five nights.

These business goods will be used as props and discussed with the owner before filming. They have the right to refuse the use of a good. Additionally, if the owner agrees to use business goods as props, Planet-TreX Media does not guarantee that the filming of such goods will make it to the final video. Additionally, Planet-TreX Media or its employees will NOT be responsible for paying for any business goods used during filming.

Final Payment
During the editing phase and before the final delivery of the project, work will be shared with a Planet-TreX watermark for review purposes.
